This is a nice and spacious two bedroom apartment that was very clean and comfortable after a long day digging for fossils.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed this apartment in Kemmerer! The people there were so friendly, the apartment was clean, and my kids loved the bonus loft area! Highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The studio was great. Everything was clean and orderly. Having the bakery downstairs was an extra perk that made the stay even better. I’d stay here again anytime.

Outstanding week in Kemmerer

We wanted to come to Kemmerer to enjoy the many outdoor activities in the area. I was thrilled to find the Opera House Suites, as it allowed us to have a living space and a place to cook our meals. We originally scheduled for 5 days, but added on another 2 days because we were having such a great time. These units are by far the best in the area, and we plan on coming back next year. Don't miss the Opera House Store on the first level. Their sandwiches and baked goods are amazing

I cannot say enough about The Opera House. We loved it, the host was exceptional and responded immediately when called (kudos as we locked all of us out of the house and returning at 2AM from a fossil dig, they picked up immediately and explained how to get in). Super clean, super comfortable, well appointed with super abundant hot water for a middle of the night really dusty and tired bunch. Five stars and we would gladly stay again. By the way, the rooms are located above a shop with what were some of the best cookies and sandwiches we have ever eaten. All thumbs up!!!!

Absolute Gem

What a great find. We didn’t feel much like staying in a motel in this small town. So we got on VRBO and this diamond came up. We like old fashioned buildings and we look for character. Well, here you go. Walk to coffee, a bar and the world’s first JC Penny. Also some great food options in the store in the same building. We fished the Hams Fork River, which is just a short drive. Very clean and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen if you want to make some meals. Comfy beds and just all around nice place.

Great stay in Kemmerer

The room was great and convenient being above the Mercantile store. The A/C wasn’t working when I got there but after a short communication it was up and running. I wish the bedroom had blackout curtains and the A/C was loud in the family room but those ate minor issues.
