“What a great spot to stay while exploring the Seward area! We had a feeling of being away from it all in a private mountain cabin and yet only 10 minutes to boat tours, helicopter dogsled tours, great restaurants, Alaska Sealife Center, and the harbor. It was wonderful coming back to use the sauna after being on the 6 hour boat tour to the glacier! We saw bald eagles as we sat on the deck! Perfect location! ”

“Good communication with host. Updated property with great location on the river. Good area and space inside and out. The whole town lost power the first night and the host was able to be super helpful and even moved us to a different cabin that had a generator. Would highly recommend to family and friends. ”

“We liked this stay a lot! Very new and clean, overlooking the mountains, very nice and refreshing. Nice restaurant in a walking distance. Very friendly staff. With that, keep in mind:1. It’s a tent! The walls are made of fabric. This means you can hear everything, from salmon splashing in the river right behind your bed (pretty cool!), to your neighbors arguing. Luckily, for the most part we’ve had pretty quiet neighbors.2. It’s pretty far from downtown, so you either hike with luggage 45……

“What an AMAZING property! The views are just beautiful from this mountain top cabin. It was perfect for my husband and I. The weather wasn’t ideal during our stay in Homer so on rainy days we stayed in and enjoyed the dry view. It’s snuggled into a wooded area on a dead end road so was extremely quiet. But yet a 5 minute trip into town and to a grocery store. The kitchen is fully functional which we appreciated to be able to make our own meals. As noted in the listing, the property has recently……
