Full Kitchen - no dishwasher (dishes, silverware, glasses, mugs, pots and pans, etc., are machine washed and sanitized between stays)

As first time VRBO renters we could not have picked a better place or host!Our stay was amazing and Tamara our host was wonderful. She was so welcoming and attentive. She made the entire process seamless from the initial reservation through the entire stay.The house was clean, open and very comfortably fit all 6 of us. We had absolutely everything we needed for the weekend.The views of the river are spectacular and we were able to spend almost the entire day playing games in the yard and watching the activity on the river.Will absolutely stay here again!Tamara, thank you for opening your home to us and the wonderful weekend! My girlfriend and I participated in a pickleball tournament in Richland and needed a place to stay. We have found that VRBO's are so much better than staying in a cramped motel room. Tamara's unit provided a great place to stay while not playing. The property was very clean and very comfortable. It was close to our venue and to many other facilities. Tamara could not have been more helpful and responded quickly if we needed anything. Too cold to enjoy the views but am sure that this would be a great place to sit outside when weather permits.

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time at Sunny Sage Rivers! A very cozy home with great views! It’s close to everything. We never traveled more than 10 minutes from the place. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. The home has everything you need to have a relaxing weekend.

Our mini group had been too busy to research hotels in the area before our trip. We booked this property on short notice. Richland was the intended destination, it wasn’t too difficult to get there from here. 3 adult women, we all had our own room, sharing one bathroom wasn’t too hard. The property could use more table space in the bathrooms and bedrooms to set things on. The property was especially clean the host was especially accommodating. Not too far from the frreeway. Easy to get to a local grocery store. It is a lower floor unit of a duplex, The host is above. No central heating, the space heaters did keep the place warm. The property is above a highway so a little noise below. There is a view of the river. Access to the property is thru an older neighborhood and near an active train track, neither seemed to be a bother. The unit being clean, the host being very nice and helpful made the stay very nice

Overall a great stay. Close to town and Columbia Park where we had a tournament weekend. Gracious and helpful host. Unit was very clean and had lots of towels, comfortable beds and a great view. The listing mentions it’s a downstairs unit but I think it should be mentioned the owners live upstairs. Didn’t bother us, just thought it’s worth mentioning.

This property is beautiful, comfortable and the view is killer. We watched sunrises and sunsets from the comfy couch, as the electric fireplace flames warmed and set the mood. We played board and card games provided by the owner. The outdoor firepit and table with chairs are inviting especially with a glass of Washington wine. We had the best "sister reunion" We cooked together in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoyed 5 star meals at grocery store prices. Very easy drive to and from the airport. We drove to the Richland River walk everyday... so beautiful. Found antique stores and ate our first ever "spud nut donut.Mmm so tasty. . If we could give a higher rating than all 5's we would. The owner, Tamara was so kind and welcoming. Set up your own reuion or vacation get away. You will have the best time. Guaranteed. The Regan Girls

If you have plans to visit Washington's Tri-Cities this is the place to be. Layout was perfect for our needs, especially on one floor and no steps to access. Plus it had everything needed for a very special stay. (#62 Anniversary). We enjoyed the view the most.You over look the Columbia River, a Park and a Golf Course. Outside is a seating area with a fire pit and supplied wood. Several Shopping Center Complexes and restaurants are close by. Our host,Tamara, is an exceptional, wonderful and sweet woman that allows you to feel at home. If needed she is available to answer questions or provide information to maximize your visit. We felt extremely sad to leave as the experience was beyond expectations. Will truly miss Tamara and her accommodations, but not for long as we will be back.
