「Very nicely renovated apartment in an older home. Quiet. Well maintained. Clean. Grocery store nearby. Location close to downtown and easy to get on major roads. Parts of neighbourhood around a little sketchy. Made us reluctant to walk after dark but during daylight hours, no problem. Property host very responsive. 」

「Very nice basement apartment. There were only 2 of everything, plates, cups, forks, spoon, etc. a set of 4 would be nice.」

「Clean unit and all amenities look new. Nice living room and bedroom; the driveway parking, washer and dryer are definitely plus. Prompt/responsive communication from hosts. You have to drive 5-10 minutes to the main drag (Dieppe Blvd.) for groceries and other necessities. 」

「Very clean and quiet! I will say this is a VERY small place and it did take some skill finding a place for our child’s pack and play crib to fit, but that was more my fault when looking at the booking. I would stay here again! 」

「We loved everything about this place.Totally private. Air conditioned.Screened,-,in porch.Right on the water So zen, tranquil.」

「Place was exactly as advertised. Convenient location. Beds were quite comfortable. Clean as a pin. Safe. Just two chairs - living/ kitchen were one room. no real living room. But for two, perfect. We three went out to eat so it worked out fine. Would definitely stay there again. 」

「The space itself is very useful and was nicely finished. The bathroom was exceptional and the living/bedroom space was charming with a very nice bed and a fireplace. There was a bit of difficulty with communication as to getting in, but in fairness, it got sorted out when I arrived. All in all, a good option to be 10 min walk to downtown. 」
