「Perfect guest house in a perfect neighborhood! Everything was exactly as listed. Quiet, peaceful, and great for a walk in the morning or evening. We saw several deer while we were there. 「This place was horrible. When we arrived the cleaning/maintenance people were outside having a screaming match. There were mouse droppings in the cabinets with the dishes.
