「The sink was plugged and wouldn't drain. Because it was a self-serve hotel we couldn't get the issue resolved before our one-night stay was over. It wasn't obvious from the Expedia listing that this was a self serve/ self check-in, budget hotel that would be so cramped. If you're from North America and you don't have data, you won't be able to check in.」

「If you are traveling only for a night stay, it could be an option. The experience I had was not good as expected. The reception lady is very nice and helped me to change the rooms. The room I had for 1st one, the windows can not be opened, then I switched to the 2nd one, the shutter can not be closed, then I moved to the 3rd room, guess what, the toilet light can not switched on. But it got fixed by the kitchen stuff. Also the Internet connectivity was not good at all for the first two night and...

Das Frühstück ist beste Qualität und super frisch. Die Sauna ist toll. Hier hätten wir uns mehr Liegestühle vielleicht einen Aufguss und eine Überdachung bei Regen gewünscht. Die sind die Zimmer, sind klein, aber sehr sauber, leider dauert es sehr lange bis Warmwasser kommt was aber bei solch einem alten Haus Bohlander Tagesordnung...

「The Spa was amazing and not too many people were there. Breakfast had so many options to choose from and was delicious. What I would say is that our Suite only had one small window by entrance and one very small in the room, but other than that we didn't have any good view, for a suite. Maybe it will be something to mention for this specific room.」
