Due to the diligent and sustained efforts of one of Vrbo’s customer service professionals, it was sorted out. I would hesitate to use vacation rentals without triple checking with the host from now on. Hotels are much easier, IMHO.」

「No AC in any of bedrooms. There is one Ac in TV room on top floor. Property is on a noisy road so you can’t open windows to bedroom. Host is difficult to reach. The electricity went out for an hour and we could not reach the host. No hot water. No restaurant nearby. Nothing to recommend about this place」
