“Great Cats World Park across the road! Oregon caves nearby. This was far more convenient than staying in Grants Pass which made the trip convenient and stress free. The home was older but comfortable. I am gluten free and need to cook for myself when traveling. Although there is not a traditional kitchen, we did well with the microwave, toaster oven with baking capability, a refrigerator and portable double burner. Patty, the hostess, was communicative, helpful, and kind.”

“Very clean, modern, and nicely decorated. Rooms were seperated by a bathroom so it was very quiet. No road noise, no barking dogs and no Roosters. My only suggestions are they need to put anti slip strips in the bath tubs/showers. They were very slippery and my friend did slip and fall. I also would like black out curtains in the bedrooms, as it was too bright when the sun came up. Everything else was easy and wonderful, I highly recommend it!”

“We loved our stay. We loved our dog protection, chickens( the eggs were delicious),goats and beautiful Madrona trees. It was perfect for me( I am a farm/cabin/nature/dog lover). It was wonderful to leave the door open, have the screen closed and listen to the neighboring owl at night. Coffee on the beautiful deck in the morning….We will be back!!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Grants Pass and your home was such a relaxing place to call “home” while there. It was clean, spacious and in a lovely neighborhood. We really enjoyed our daily walks in the neighborhood as well. We would definitely stay here again and next time we might invite more family to join us. There’s plenty of room. “Very luxurious for what I paid. Full amenities including a washer and dryer, air fryer, coffee maker, cooking utensils, two smart TVs (local channels wouldn't come through but they had streaming services you could log into with your own account), and plenty of comfortable seating, along with a wonderful king sized bed. The only potential downside was that the neighbors downstairs were pretty loud and their kids screamed and whined and cried a lot...I think that's something that can't really be……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Colin Road house. It’s a large house and was really nice for our party of 3 couples, with a bedroom and bathroom for each. The property surrounds were expansive and well maintained. The house came complete with a full kitchen, laundry room, air conditioning, TV, wi-fi (more later about that) and plenty of parking. It’s a rustic place with modern amenities thrown in! There’s about a 1/4 mile gravel road that leads up to the house that was in good condition,……

“We had an exceptional stay. It was before the season opening but the host made sure we were in clean and comfortable accommodations. Wish we had more time there. ”

“Very cute little cabin! Small and single room but that's what I wanted. Only downside is the detached bathrooms but that's standard for these cabins so it's not a big deal. I accidentally took the towels with me and went to return them the next day, the resort manager was understanding when I texted him and helpful when I got there. Quiet, scenic, pretty, and close to cave junction. ”

“Family with dogs found rental a great location near beautiful park , nice neighborhood and close to downtown. Comfortable beds and lots of supplies kitchen and bathroom. Large open kitchen living area with lots of seating options. Manager answered call immediately and reported couple issues with shades and shower handle , nothing requiring immediate attention during our stay”

“The home was spotless, private, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved seeing the chickens, goats and the friendly black cat on the property. We also appreciated the air conditioning and the lights turned on for us upon arrival. Suggestions for the owners are:please provide a kitchen wash cloth and dish towel, a hand towel for the bathroom, and a way to contact someone during the stay if internet is not available. During our stay the refrigerator was not working at all and I was unable to……

“This house is located in a very private location surrounded by a beautiful forest. Sounds of birds and wind are all I heard while sleeping with the window open The kitchen is huge and full of everything you could possibly need. Great spot!”
