“We had a great stay! My 4 kids and I were very pleased with the property and amenities. The front patio was ideal for our morning coffee and the side patio with lights made our nights so fun! There were an abundance of rabbits and squirrels - which made my kids so excited! The only issue we had was the city came & did work on the property which created issues for our stay. However, the property owner was amazing and really kind about all of it! We would absolutely stay again and will be booking……

“We had a very enjoyable stay at this remodeled Little Rock home! It was very clean with many essential items available for use. Updated modern features in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms all added to our comfort and convenience. Additionally, the gas fireplace provided atmosphere and warmth during cool and rainy weather. “Property is an old 4 plex. Had troubles with the code door locks. The only way to keep the entrance door closed was with the code lock. Cheap, simi modern furniture. Furniture was good condition. There were no curtains over the windows and the blinds are torn up. So no privacy in a downtown location. Had a great capsule style coffee maker, but no coffee capsules provided. There were used capsules in the back compartment of the coffee maker. The toilet had urinate still in it upon our arrival.……

“While there is nothing particularly wrong with the house, we did have lots of issues. The internet was terrible like many others have said. Some poor attempts were made to fix the issue but during our 3 weeks there, internet was out over half the time. And there was no true urgency to fix it until the day before our move out. “The pictures are very accurate. It’s a very large log cabin with wraparound decks. The living area & bedroom are huge. Two of us stayed there, one slept on the couch, which was also very large. The only oddity is the 2 bathrooms are both off the bedroom so the person sleeping on the sofa has to come into the bedroom to get to it. I’m disappointed we couldn’t have spent more time enjoying the decks.”
