It’s terrible, checked in and out within 20 minutes. Definitely stayed in some less than ideal places. This was an absolute disaster.

First room had an inop TV. Broken window. Missing refrigerator and a leak in the bathroom ceiling that dripped water and had been there long enough for black mold to form. Second room was ok

Room gross. Staff friendly and helpful. Did not use shuttle. Shops nearby were convenient. Entire property breaking down and needs a gut then remodel. Fire sprinkler heads leaking and smoke detectors non existent. Vacant units had chirping detectors ALL… NIGHT… LONG. Shower head leaked, toilet slow to flush, thermostat cover broken, grime all along baseboards, fridge was off and spewed out defrost water when door opened. Won’t stay here again.

Comfortable, convenient, and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham in Ketchikan, Alaska. The staff was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom also was clean and had great set up for handicapped persons. The price was reasonable, and you could pay a bit extra for early check in and late check out which helped us a lot.
