“This is such a comfortable place to stay. The hosts have thought of all the details that make staying in a VRBO easy and comfortable (for example, basic spices are provided, as well as some coffee for a first morning in case you arrive late, and hotel sized shampoo/conditioner/lotion. The beds and bedding were comfy, towels fluffy, and communication was great. The location is superb for the River Run lift, as well as access to the bike path and walking to downtown Ketchum.”

“We had a nice winter stay at this property in Ketchum. The condo was quiet, very clean and appeared as it did in photos. Manager was very responsive i.e. getting salt on the steps within a few minutes of our request. If you are planning to take the bus to River Run, it is a little further of a walk than other places we've stayed. Otherwise, it is easily accessible to town, including the grocery store. Parking was right out front, although be aware that in the winter, if it snows, you need to……

I was a little nervous when I read some of the reviews after we had booked about it being a bit tired. I think that they are in the process of making some updates. The three bedrooms each have their own bathroom and are separated. Great if you have light sleepers. Our only recommendation is to add a power strip into the bedrooms there was only one easily accessible plug, and it was old, so the……

“Great Space”

“We spent a month at Mary Ann's house and it was perfect. We could walk to downtown Ketchum and the River Run base. Our dogs loved walking around the neighborhood and the nearby bike path. The house was comfortable and well equipped and any questions we had were easily answered with a review of the many instruction sheets placed throughout the house. The Village Market was very convenient. We had a great time - and appreciate that Mary Ann is willing to share her house with others.”

“Nice house within walking distance to SV Lodge and downtown. No toilet paper or dishwashing soap. They brought some after getting ahold of host, 2 days later. Not a big deal, but certainly expected to have that on hand. Lots of ice on the driveway that was dangerous. We out out salt everyday, and it was close to melting off after 5 days. I mentioned it to host, but they did not take care of it.”
