"Arrived at property and was unable to get in. Called the posted number and someone answered but as soon as I said “hello?” they hung up. I immediately called again and it went straight to voicemail. After spending almost 45 minutes on the phone with hotels.com they were unable to get the property managers to answer, either. I ended up having to make a new reservation altogether. "

"Beautiful location right on Lake Michigan. So easy to watch the sun rise in the morning. Easy to access, plenty of parking, and comfortable accommodations. "

"This property was perfect for our family! Room is exactly as the pictures show, but even larger in person (much larger than a standard hotel room.) Check in was a breeze with Michelle meeting us out front of the building (they were even able to get us checked in a few hours early!) Appears the entire hotel has been updated and overall is very family friendly. The lake was perfect and had boat rentals right on the property. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice as well. "Rough start with presentation of rental due to it seemed to good to be true and a scam. My investigation didn’t find much to the contrary. After connecting with the rental property manager and Vrbo, all went smoothly. That was a week before arrival so I was very tense about the deal. I was set at ease and the stay was wonderful.
