The staff is extremely nice and went out of their way to accommodate my wife's needs as she just had hip replacement surgery and had some limitations. The grounds are well kept and the rooms are new and clean. We have stayed here several times when coming to the keys and highly recommend this place. Will stay here again for sure on our next trip to the keys.

Pool area very nice. Had kayaks to take out to bay but no paddle boards. All adjacent resorts, lodges had paddleboards but not this place, I was jealous 😊. Pegs Scones were fun, coffee really good. 3/4 kitchen very nice to have. Meticulously maintained property, beautiful surrounding gardens.

This property is very clean and well maintained. There is a small beach area with canoes. The best scones (thank you Peg!) and coffee in the morning. The location is great too as there are many restaurants within minutes. Will definitely be back soon.

Amazing bed, cold AC, private beach was so nice when it was so busy everywhere else. Kayaks were fun. The homemade scones were the best ever! Quiet hidden escape.

Stayed at bay harbor for two nights , to meet up with my parents who were staying there in cottage. Myself and kids had a studio, it was perfect. Grounds are quiet, (we might have been the loudest sorry Peg). But this place is true tropical vacation. It feels as though you’re in a private paradise. Recommend sunset on the dock. Bring stuff to bbq and you don’t have to leave property. Just enjoy!!! Thank you bay harbor staff.

This is a hidden gem! Cutest bungalows right on the water. They have been updated and are so clean. The grounds are so pretty with tropical plants and beautiful trees. The owner bakes the most scrumptious scones everyday and provides those to the guests with coffee.

Room was clean, staff is excellent, fresh made scones and coffee every morning, kayaks right on the beach for free where you can see a ton of wildlife! I don’t think I’ll stay at another place in the keys, this place was so perfect.

Highly recommended ! The room was clean & fresh, with a very comfortable bed. Own little patio area was nice to sit out & view the Gulf. The grounds were well kept with various plants and trees. Pool was great, without the usual overdosing of chlorine. Great sunset view . Friendly and helpful staff & owners. Overall very happy 😊 with our stay & plan on staying here again !

Nice guesthouses with small but functional rooms. Outside areas were very well maintained with beautiful gardens. Pool area and kayak launch areas were very nice. Guest rooms could use a bit of renovation, stairs and porch area were a bit old. Convenient parking. They offer scones and coffee for breakfast. Scones were nice treat but not very healthy option. Some staff were nicer than others. A bit pricey for what you get, but overall nice property.

This place was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. Peg and her staff were a delight and very personable. The scones for breakfast every day were amazing. Highly recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the keys.
