Buyer Beware

A note reading "DO NOT set a/c below 74" and stating that if set lower it might freeze up and stop cooling was prominently placed on the refrigerator. The unit was uncomfortably warm. I didn't want to incur repair bills and I knew that the property management company was aware of the issue, so I sought other accommodations after one unbearably hot night. (My email instructions did give an after hours number "for true emergencies", but I didn't think that a known a/c issue was an emergency being more likely due to an undersized unit.) There were long dark hairs on the bedding and towels and the towels were of a sort one might expect at a homeless shelter. The lower level patio had 2 standard chairs instead of the 4 padded chairs pictured and all were filthy with what appeared to be construction dust. The garage contained construction debris as well. This was my first and last Vrbo experience as the unit was not as advertised and was dirty.

Family vacation

This is a very nice condo with all amenities. Great water views. A family of up to six will be very happy here. The property is exactly as described.

Awesome Family Vacation!

We had an awesome time at this property! The location is perfect, the pool is amazing, the condo was very clean and nicely laid out. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dinnerware, kitchen appliances, but no basics such as salt & pepper. Just be prepared to buy or bring everything and you will be fine!

A little dissapointed

The Condo we stayed in had severe AC issues. The pool did not seem that it was well taken care of. Not chlorinated enough. No beach. The rooms seemed bigger in the pictures. The pool seemed much larger in the picture. You could tell that the Condo hasn't had a real thorough cleaning in quite some time.. I mean a good cleaning. You wouldn't want to go in there with a white glove inspection. This is Covid Virus times so be a little more responsible. We had to clean the Condo and Lysol it down. The security officer in the guard shack was very rude. He was very disrespectful. The woman Officer Claudia was very friendly. Unfortunately, we wont be coming back. Thank you.

Great Vacation Spot

This is a great property quietly tucked away in Key Largo. Our unit had a great ocean view andpool view, was close to the pier and marina, and was well stocked with everything we needed, including beach towels!! It is close to attractions in both Miami or Key West, which is great for getting out and doing things. We checked in and out after hours and it was seamless. Security on site was extremely helpful and personable. I would recommend if you are coming in after hours to do grocery delivery (we used Winn Dixie at 10pm) because that saved us several hours and they brought it right to our kitchen table. Overall it was a great vacation!!! Would definitely go back.

Wonderful Place

This is a great property, beautiful pool and views for the water. Nice place to go for a walk and there were plenty of pool chairs for everyone. The place was very clean and well furnished. The unit we had did not have steps to the pool (which we didn't realize) so we had to walk around the building often. Also the hot tubs were not working and that was very disappointing. The property management team does a great job of communication which was so helpful.

Perfect weekend getaway

Beautiful Townhouse

The townhouse was much more than we had expected, it was large, clean, modern and has stunning views of the pool and ocean. We will make every effort to return, it was a beautiful property, and conveniently located in Key Largo, with easy drives to restaurants and activities.

Lovely condo. Perfect location for wedding at LightHouse Beach. Ceiling fan in 2nd floor guest room thumps and there were no kitchen towels otherwise it exceeded our expectations. Thank you

Barefeet Rentals AMAZING

The unit itself could use a good helping of TLC but the location was convenient. The OUTSTANDING aspect was Barefeet Rentals. VRBO had an outdated listing of a DVR in the unit. Our family of 6 had purchased the box set of Mission Impossible movies to watch together in the evenings. Upon learning of our disappointment that there was DVR in unit, Barefeet's owner had her personal DVR installed in the unit for the duration of our stay. THAT is service that goers above and beyond.

The perfect family getaway destination

We had a lovely six week stay at this townhouse with our family of five and my in-laws! We have three kids under six and the unit was such a great fit for our family. There is plenty of room, the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen at a VRBO in terms of dishes, pots and pans etc. The pool is fabulous! Such a great place for kids and adults to enjoy the sun and time together! Check in/out was a breeze and everything from the rental company is handled extremely well! We highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again!

Easy check in/out, great pool, but other amenities under construction without notice

We had a nice stay. Here's a summary: The good: the huge pool right outside the townhouse, easy check in and check out, the master suite. The fridge made lots of ice for all intents and purposes. The bad: no pool towels provided, and no extra leftover kitchen seasonings (be prepared). The can opener didn't work, we called maintenance who said they would be right out in the morning when a replacement, and they never arrived. The ugly: the second pool and grotto sauna we're under construction and closed, with zero notice from anyone prior to arrival. There are also limited pool seats (at the pool that wasn't under construction) that had all day sun, so there was an early morning race to reserve chairs in the sun. Would we return? Yes we would.

Nice location, rooms, etc. clean

We enjoyed our stay. Can't say much about the pool, etc., as we didn't use the local facilities at all. Would have been nice to have more towels available, and the beds could have been more firm. But everything was clean, kitchen well supplied with cups, plates, etc.
