Guest Access:

This is a private condo facility that is gated. In your check in instructions, you'll get gate codes along with your very own 4 digit code for the keys less entry door lock. This unit is on the 3rd floor, but there is an elevator to help lug up your bathing suits and groceries.



The Neighborhood:

This gated community ensures private amenities for Moon Bay owners and guests. Next door you have Amoray Dive Center, with its own food truck for snacks and drinks.

You can park your trailer and launch your boat at the Caribbean Club for a fee.

We recommend having a vehicle to explore the area. Parking is available on-site. The property is located at 104350 Overseas Hwy, Key Largo, FL 33037, USA. The nearest major airport is Miami International Airport (MIA), approximately 60 miles away, which is about a 1.5-hour drive depending on traffic.

Our minimum age for registered guest is 25.



Interaction with Guests:

All our guests get check in instructions 3 days before arrival with gate codes and a code for the front door lock. We are always avalible if our guests need anything at all via email, phone or text.
