Super Cute, Ideal Location

Super cute duplex in an absolutely ideal location! The beach is an easy walk in one direction and the “quiet end” of Duval Street is an easy walk in the other direction. The unit is exactly as pictured, clean, and very well stocked. The kitchen is especially spacious for Key West and the outside space and pool were thoughtfully done. This property can easily accommodate an extended stay (we rented for a month): light, bright and plenty of space.

The house was wonderful just as the pictures showed. The pool and parking spot were a plus! The only thing I would change would be the couch in the living room… it’s very uncomfortable and to have something to put your clothes in in the bedrooms!

Little Palace in Paradise

This property was exactly as advertised. I stayed here 2 months and loved every minute of it. The pool was perfect for cooling off after a workout or long walk or bicycle ride into town. Completely private surrounded by beautiful palm trees and high fences . I did not rent a car but only rented bicycles from Bike Man. The location was perfect for me in Old Town which is exactly where I wanted to be. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. There is a Cuban restaurant called el Syboney two doors down which I ate at at least twice a week. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and freshly renovated. The entire property looked like I was the first one who stayed there after renovations. The kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans which I used a lot. There must have been at least a dozen beach towels in the closet which was a big plus for me. Also full size washer and dryer. I've only been home for a week now but I already miss my little Palace in Paradise.

Key West - Great Location

Great spot close enough to walk or ride bikes everywhere on the island. Great spot location wise- quiet street. 1. Parking is tight! One car only in the driveway. You can park in front of the house if space is available. 2. House is small space wise- sleeps 4 not 6 people. Sofa is NOT comfortable. Beds are hard- asked for a pillow top to put on top of the mattress. Also a row away when needed. 3. Pool is very nice & a lovely atmosphere. Be prepared- pool maint. & landscaping show up in the backyard unannounced. They should knock on the front door to advise the guests. Suggested to Vacasa. 4. No shelving in bedrooms- all in hallway in closets. Need shelving in bedrooms. 5. Vacasa, the property management company answered the phone when I called, but overwhelmed with labor shortages & not receptive to requests in a timely fashion. Called 4 times and finally resolved my request. Overall we loved our stay! Great little house with all the basic needs.
