THE LIVING AREA…

The first floor features a modern kitchen that flows into the dining area and straight into the living area, ensuring that no one feels left out of the conversation. The living area features plush seating and a large, flat-screen Smart TV. The dining area has seating at the dinner table for six along with 2 stools at the kitchen bar. The kitchen itself is a modern beauty, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and every tool you’ll need to prepare delicious, home-cooked meals.

There is a full bathroom conveniently located on the first floor. There is also a den on the first floor that features a sofa that can be converted into a Full size bed by utilizing the sofa’s cushions.

When you head out back, you walk out onto the screened-in, covered porch, giving you the ability to enjoy the tropical breezes without roasting in the sun or being a meal for those pesky Florida insects. Head down to the backyard if you want enjoy the shade of your big, beautiful buttonwood tree.

KESTRAL KOVE is located just a short walk from one of two beautiful resort-style community pools at the Key West Golf Club. Guests will also have access to the exercise facility located in the nearby clubhouse. With 24-hour security, the Key West Golf Club is a haven for residents and vacation guests alike who want the peace and quiet of a secured gated community combined with the convenience of a location very close to everything Key West has to offer. Just a short bike or Uber ride from Old Town and the beaches, the Key West Golf Club offers the best of both worlds: you will be very close to all of Key West's many attractions, but you can go home to the privacy and solitude of Key West's nicest gated community.

Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
