It was ok/good

Nice property. Lacked the VRBO feel in that is resembled a hotel more than a VRBO. All shower soap dispensers were empty. I mentioned it to the front desk but it was never addressed. Pool was nice but hot tub had no working jets. Pool attendant on the 31st was rude and did not want to be there. Bar staff at the pool all were great. Hotel restaurant was excellent. I would eat there often if I lived in town. Access was easy and secure. It just felt more like a hotel than a VRBO. This is not an individual space. It’s part of an old Marriott. So it has not lost that vibe.

The day of our arrival our condos were switched from the top floor to the 1st floor where 2 trees partially blocked our views,( is why we were happy we were getting a top floor) Our toilet made a very loud noise every time you flushed it (even in the middle of the night.) 2 of the bedroom door handles kept falling off. We had to leave early because of Milton the hurricane except 2 of our guest needed to spend another night because of their flight change due to Milton and the service desk would not even consider a break in the price after she said it would be empty because of Milton.
