Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Cute cottage in great location

We enjoyed our stay at the Pliar cottage. It was perfect for my family of 4. Had everything we needed for our quick trip to Key West! Would stay again.

Property has water damage and roach infestation

Had to leave the property early due to the roach infestation. Shower wall has severe water damage, water pours out of shower wall flooding the bathroom floor. Location is great.

Property was overall clean and a great stay and kept up well. only down sides were lack of hot water in the shower, no hot water in the pool and no parking around the area that didn’t have jacked up prices, Owners were attentive and very helpful and the location was amazing

Location! Location! Location in Paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect for our daily adventures around Key West. You can walk just about anywhere, no car needed. We especially loved being steps away from the Schooner Wharf Bar and Mallory Square/Sunset Pier. The room is as pictured. The bed is very comfy and the bathroom is nice and spacious. The outdoor courtyard with the waterfall/pool was our favorite spot to relax before or after our daily adventures. This place was great! Rick and his staff were very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back soon!
