This is a beautiful, large home. Excellent cleanliness!! BUT, need to have simple directions for microwave & jacuzzi. Never did figure out how to work the jacuzzi. Walking distance to restaurants & Ferry. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here..

The property was great. It was clean. And was perfect for all our needs. It had everything we need to make a comfortable stay and plenty of space to sleep and hang around. If I ever have a big group again down there I/we will be returning for sure.

Family Wedding

The house was perfect! Very spacious and well appointed with full baths and great open living space for our family. We have travelled to Key West for years. The location was close to everything and we thoroughly enjoyed the porches and pool. Our grandson even fished off of the dock every day. Perfect landing spot for our family to stay for the wedding week. 5 stars!

Great spot!!

This home is located in a quieter neighborhood but convenient to the beaches and Duval street by bikes or walking. A golf cart would have been great on the hot windy afternoons too. There really wasn’t anything we couldn’t reach by bicycle within about 10-15 mins. We had a couple of maintenance issues and they came and fixed everything within an hour. Our family of six had an amazing time and all the house recommendations for activities were awesome!!

The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The location was walkable to everything Key West has to offer. We enjoyed the swimming pool however, it had way too much chlorine. Our bathing suits were faded. We had a wonderful long weekend and all of us wished we could have stayed longer.

Perfect for bachelorette party!

They let us do an early check in which was extremely helpful! The house is actually bigger than it looked in photos. It was the perfect house for 10 girls on my bachelorette. We loved having enough space in the living area for all of us to hangout. It didn’t feel cramped at all. The area is quiet and close enough to walk to Duvall in 15 minutes or take a $5 Uber. The boat slip was an added bonus - so nice to be picked up at our house for our boat day so we didn’t have to lug coolers to a different location. I have nothing bad to say about this house! I was worried about the house noise rules because… 10 girls, but it wasn’t a problem.

The unit was big, airy, clean, and located perfectly to quickly go back and forth. Our granddaughter loved the wading pool. The stairs were a bit challenging for grandma but slow and steady ruled the day. There was plenty of room, beds, and bathrooms for the 10 of us. The unit quickly felt like home. There were plenty of plates, utensils, glasses etc. Even enough champagne flutes to toast the new couple. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back here again.

Bachelorette Trip

Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect to celebrate my cousins bachelorette with 9 people! Plenty of room and bathroom space which made getting ready a breeze. About a 5 min uber to Duvall which was perfect. Highly recommend, don’t forget to check out the dock out back!

Its a great location and layout. Only BIG problem was the amount of grease built up on the grill. It was a serious fire hazard that could've ruined the trip. The grill needs to be cleaned after each tenant. Otherwise, the stay was uneventful and pleasant.
