Views of the ocean are exceptional. Very spacious easily accommodated our group of 6. The grounds are very nicely kept. Great pool area. Lots of seating with umbrellas. Restrooms and sauna poolside so you don’t have to go back up to the room. Condo was quiet at night. Close to the local bus stop so easy to use public transportation and easy to get an uber. Nice location away from downtown but still easily accessible. We used door dash to have groceries delivered that worked well for us. Our return flights were later in the day so so for a fee we were able to keep our luggage in the condo association office which was nice so we could still have the day to go exploring. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in the future.

As the name says, spectacular views. Perfect for our needs, 4 adults and 1 child. Pool area is excellent with hot tub. Pretty walkway to the pool through lush tropical plants. There were a few glitches, non working elevator at our end of the building and running toilet. We would definitely stay again.

Great Place For Families!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our week at Tom's Oceanfront Penthouse! The condo was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy time together while also having plenty of room to spread out. We had two couples and two teenagers, and the three-bedroom layout was perfect for our group. The enormous wraparound balcony was one of our favorite features—everyone had an incredible ocean view, and it was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, watch the boats, and relax after a day of exploring Key West.Being on the top-floor penthouse, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, making it easy to prepare the fresh fish we caught during our charter with Boa Vida.We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Tom's Oceanfront Penthouse to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and relaxing oceanfront getaway in Key West!

This unit is likely the best in the complex. The view cannot be beat. I spent many heavenly hours enjoying the breeze and watching osprey, ibis, and egrets from the balcony. It is super spacious and has every amenity I can imagine, even for families with very young children. The property management was very gracious about allowing us to stay in the unit well past checkout time as our flight didn't leave until late afternoon. The pool was just the right temperature and very clean. There were plentiful chairs and umbrellas, and even a resident cat that lives in the lush courtyard. We simply did not want to leave.
