Sunset Marina Condominium Complex is a gated community that has a community pool and spa, and clubhouse. All of the two and three-bedroom condos overlook the marina and have direct water views. Facing west provides an excellent vantage point for sunset watching. Recently remodeled. This 2 bedroom condominium is available for monthly rental. If interested, boat slips may be leased through the Sunset Marina Harbormaster.

Ample parking. Elevator access. Quiet neighborhood. Key West golf course across the street.

Great place, great host

We love the community. We have stayed at Sunset Marina 3 of the past 5 summers. The unit is clean and well apportioned. The host, Bill, lives in the community. He is extremely friendly and very helpful. 10 out of 10.

A Perfect Place

We spent the month of February in this lovely condo and enjoyed every day there! It is located in a gated community a short drive from downtown Key West. Fully stocked and extremely well appointed, this condo met all of our needs. Enjoy the superb sunsets from the large, comfortable patio! Bill, our host, was very accommodating, and ensured that our stay was pleasurable in every way. We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful apartment

Absolutely beautiful and well appointed apartment on the water. We enjoyed the fabulous sunsets on the huge balcony so much that we hardly ate out on an evening ! The community pool and hot tub were very quiet, and enjoyable. The owner is lovely, and completely on top of arrangements. All good!

Best Sunset

The property was great especially for couples traveling together. The view from the porch was wonderful and quiet. Enjoyed the community pool and the walkway to look at boats, fish… The check in process was very easy and the owner was very accommodating. Highly recommend this property.

Great stay

This property was just as advertised. The decor was wonderful - nice artwork everywhere. It was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils - we cooked in much more than usual. The view across the marina and the sunsets were all beautiful. The owner Bill was very helpful. Five stars all around!

Amazing!

We have stayed in many homes and excellent hotels in Key West over the past 20 years. This was our best experience ever! We love Stock Island & this condo exceeded our expectations. The location, sunset views, cleanliness & comfort were beyond our expectations- our hosts were incredibly gracious. We have reserved for 2023!
