The Penthouse was in a perfect location for our stay in Key West! The accommodations were immaculate, there was even water, coffee & snacks upon arrival! The managing group (Colocada) & team made our stay very enjoyable! From our airport pick ups & drop offs, to the pleasant staff, we can’t say enough about our visit. We highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed! We will be back in the near future!

Convenient location on north end of Duval St. The entire property was very clean and well maintained. Check-in and coming/going was a breeze. The ensuite bathrooms are ideal for couples traveling together. Kitchen is well appointed, ice machine is a bonus. There is a toaster oven, no microwave. We didn’t mind this but some may. An onsite laundry would have put this place over the top. Beautiful and comfortable stay with nice luxury touches.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such an incredible experience at the Penthouse at the Guest House Inn. Even before we arrived, the communication from the property managers was amazing. Next, we were offered a complementary shuttle service to pick us up from the airport. Then, the team helped us carry our bags up the stairs. The Penthouse was beautiful, clean, and spectacularly decorated. The location was fantastic. You could not be closer to the fun and action of Duval street. I could not recommend this property enough and cannot wait to visit again.

The music can be loud at times, but it petered off by 12:30a most nights. Being so close to everything is well worth it.

Best rental I've found on VRBO. If you want to be on Duval this is a great choice.Very clean and comfortable. The patio/deck outside is great. Location is very convenient to just about everything; restaurants, bars, shopping, activities.All beds were quite comfortable, I slept well which is not normal.A few minor things that WOULD NOT stop me from staying again.- Beware the bed frames. Took me a day to stop hitting the wooden frames. But nobody else had an issue.- Duval can be busy, if you want peace and quiet on a Friday or Saturday night you shouldn't be staying on Duval.I would recommend this unit if you want to be in the heart of Duval.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the three bedroom penthouse apartment. Everything is very clean, modern and well maintained. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. This feels more like a home than an apartment. The linens and furniture are comfortable and high quality. The kitchenette is useful. There are TVs in each room and the living room. The outside terrace area is shared with two other units and features a sitting area... great way to end an evening. The A/C blows cool air to all rooms. Check-in is easy, with codes provided for the entry door off Duval St and the actual door to the unit. Located at the north end of Duval St and few blocks from the water. Of course you can hear a bit of music from nearby establishments, but it didn’t bother us at all. Extremely good communications from Colocada, real professionals. Hugely impressed with quality.
