Truman Annex, two blocks from Duval

Available for monthly, or longer, rentals this three-story townhouse is located on a picturesque street in the beautiful, gated Truman Annex community. It’s close to all the major attractions yet just far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Duval Street, the center of it all, is just two blocks way. The nightly Sunset Celebration at Mallory Square, a must see, is just four blocks away. The recently opened Truman Waterfront Park, including a free waterpark for the kids, is just a short walk / two-minute drive from our townhouse. There’s bound to be something for everyone in Key West - restaurants, nightlife, Fort Zachary Taylor State Park and Beach, Little White House, Key West Aquarium, Butterfly Conservatory, parasailing, snorkeling, diving, fishing, fine dining - the list goes on and on.

The first floor, complete with living room, dining area, and kitchen features vaulted ceilings providing a bright and airy feeling. There’s also a half bath on the first floor. The master suite with en suite bath is located on the second level. It has French doors opening onto a private balcony. The laundry center is also on the second floor. The third-floor guest suite, with its own full bath, has many windows overlooking the tropical garden below. The shared, heated swimming pool is close by and is complete with lounge chairs for sunning.

The unit includes free high-speed wireless internet so you can keep up with all those e-mails or just let everyone know what a wonderful time you’re having.

The living room also has a high-def LED SMART TV with surround sound. Therefore, watch HD programming or access your Netflix account and stream a movie.

Come enjoy one of the many local festivals - Fantasy Fest, Hemingway Days, Powerboat Races, Lobster Fest or just relax in the townhouse enjoying the tropical Caribbean Island.

Clean, Quiet and Spacious

We spent a week at this townhouse for our first visit to Key West. The location was very convenient but also peaceful. With a beautiful neighborhood, this spacious well supplied home was perfect for 4 adults. It’s walking distance to the busier parts of the area, and there is plenty of public transportation to get further afield. Would recommend!

We have been staying in this area of Key West for years and this year definitely did not disappoint! Fabulous location, quiet but within walking distance to all of the excitement on Duval. Room was clean & beautiful with plenty of room to move, check in/out process was simple and communication was great.

Loved this spot

My husband and I stayed here for our annual Key West trip and the property and location could not be better. You can walk to all of our favorite spots on the island. Check-in and communication with hosts and property manager were excellent and everything about the Truman Annex property is friendly and inviting. We cannot wait to book again!

Everything you need here. The accommodation is roomy enough for 4 easily. The location is in such a good place, easy to walk everywhere. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for having us.

Location, Location, Location

This was our second time staying at the Foundry and our 5th time in Truman Annex. You can't beat the location. The condo was clean and check in was easy. The unit is a short walk from Duval and most of the things you go to Key West for. Having a bedroom on the third floor might be an issue for some, but we were fine. I like that there is room in the parking space for a car, and a scooter can still park in front of it.

Great location in the Truman Annex

Loved the location on the rental especially with bikes. I do feel the furnishings are dated. I also feel the linens and towels could be refreshed. Kitchen was well stocked and communication with the host was good.

Awesome Truman Annex Location

Keith's place in the Foundry building was perfect! Clean, great location, quiet, plenty of room and secure. Everywhere is walkable from this location. No need for a rental car. We rented bikes from WeCycle because we like to bike around the island at a slower pace to see things that one may miss in a car. You can walk or bike to Fort Zack very easily. We had a great stay and highly recommend.

Gorgeous neighborhood!

We had the best time in Key West, doing all the Key West things. And then, in a five minute walk, we could be in a quiet and safe gated community to chill. The Foundry is perfect for adults or families with older children. It was nice not hearing small children when we were ready to wind down for the evening. We will definitely be back!

Key West Fun Halloween week

We had the best time staying at this property on the Truman Annex! We were two couples so we each had our own floor for bedrooms and bathrooms. The townhouse was clean with comfortable furniture and beds and a full kitchen. We spent a lot of time sitting out on the patio. Everything was walking distance including Mallory Square, Duval St, Blue Heaven, Fort Zachary Taylor beach where we rented chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Fury Boat tours are close by. We didn’t need to rent a car There is a small pool on the property that was enjoyable to sit by on a few afternoons! We went on a Graveyard trolly tour and also did a Haunted Pub crawl Halloween night. When we visit Key West again we will definitely stay here again! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
