The house is very nice and clean! The location is excellent for household needs. 10 min scooter/golf cart ride to downtown. Besides some minor maintenance issues (first floor pocket doors are difficult to open close), we would stay here again!

We had a working week in Key West. We decided instead of getting hotels to get a VRBO so we could have meetings before and after and a social get-together with some counterparts.This house worked out great. Parking is limited but most people ubered or parked at home Depot and walked around. We had one guy in the group that was a chef. Plenty of kitchen space and the grill was adequate.

We got to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday in key West with all of our kids/spouses, there were 7 of us. This house had everything we needed, we got scooters a couple of days, Uber’d easily whenever we needed to, relaxed in the pool, say Willie Nelson at the local amphitheater…basically every good thing we could do. Loved coming back to this big relaxing house every night, comfy beds and everything we needed in the kitchen, beach towels, speaker in the kitchen. Close to stores for last minute purchases. We can’t wait to return.

House was spacious and comfortable but pool and pool deck are in shade during winter months. Complex is convenient to grocery shopping, Starbucks and a few strip mall type restaurants but must Uber to Old Town. In the opposite direction is a pleasant paved path along the water for many miles

This property was so beautiful, spacious, and clean. We had a great time staying here and I would recommend anyone anyone who visits Key West to stay here. The property has a beautiful view of the water and the pool was clean of any debris. They provided 2 garage door openers which was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and and is conveniently located across the street from a Publix and only a 10min drive to downtown Key West so we could easily do any activity without being in a loud and crowded area.

The pictures and description don't quite do it justice. A very nice home. Everything you would want on a Key West vacation spot. Stayed here for a fishing trip. Very comfortable beds, spacious living area, could see the sunset, nice kitchen to cook up our fish. Host communicated very well. We arrived 45 minutes early and they let us in with a simple phone call. Has a grill. Pool was perfect size to get wet and cool off in the evening. Definitely would stay here again.

The house was in a perfect location and had plenty of room for everyone. We had a small ant problem which was taken care of within an hour. The house was clean and the pool was perfect. Could have used some more towel hooks in bathrooms and some of the carpets were stained but overall beautiful. Would definitely go back

Our Family stayed at the Nautical Wheeler for a week in April. We had a fabulous time! The house was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the large kitchen, dining and living space. The bedrooms were well appointed and all 8 of us had comfortable beds. The wrap around decks gave us a lot of extra room and gorgeous views. We all enjoyed the pool area. It is located in a quiet area, but near resorts and shopping. The one thing to remember is that there are steps into the house and up to the bedrooms. Nautical Wheeler has it all!

The pool was one of the favorite spots to hang out. The house had some normal ‘wear and tear’ but everything worked. We were about 2 miles from Duval. Used golf carts, bikes and Uber with easy access. Highly recommend for large families with little children.Thank you for your hospitality.

Went there to attend my nieces wedding. Initially a small problem with ants in the bathroom tub but once I was reminded that we were in South Florida I quickly got over it and moved on to all of the good possibilities the weekend would hold for us at this property. The house was perfectly located across from the grocery store. We enjoyed the pool as a family and a evening of playing games while the men watched football. The view from the second floor balcony as the sun is setting was gorgeous. Thanks again I'll definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

We vacation in the keys every few years and this home has a lot of nice amenities. First, it is located on the west side of the island so you get phenomenal sunsets. No need to go to Mallory Square with crowds and poor parking. Just sit back on either the 1st or second story deck of this house and enjoy nature’s show in your own backyard. We also loved having a small pool to cool off each evening. There was also access to the bay by way of several openings in the shoreline vegetation for kayaks making for nice paddle adventures, fishing or snorkeling. There is also a dock available for boats/night fishing.The house itself is well appropriated with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plenty of linens, soap/shampoo, pool towels, TVs, washer/dryer, and well stocked with appliances/dishes, grill and even “Alexa” for music. There is a two car garage, deck furniture, and even 2 single kayaks for use. The home is located in a private neighborhood and has easy access to grocery stores, golf cart rentals, and fast food options.There are a few items to note (depending upon your priorities). You will not be close to old key west and will have 10 minute drive to shops, bars, and Key West attractions. Traffic can be a little tricky, especially when it comes to parking, which will cost you $5/hour. But if your goal is to have a nice quiet vacation on the water with plenty of room and amenities of a house, you will not mind the trade off of having to drive into town.The only other tip for this property is to bring all cooking items outside of dishes. They do provide a bag of starter coffee, dishwasher tabs, and washing machine tabs. However, there are no cooking amenities outside of that. They do not keep any spices, oils, extra trash bags, aluminum foil, etc, on hand. Overall we enjoyed the property and it’s beautiful w
