Hotel sympa, pas loin du centre, personnel aimable et facile d’accès de l’aéroport de Kharkiv en prenant le trolleybus numéro 5 jusqu’au terminus qui se trouve à 5 minutes à pieds de l’hôtel.

Smaller hotel in central location

Smaller hotel located close to city center with many restaurants, shops, parks and a small shopping center in walking distance, room was reasonably spacious and quiet (a bit of traffic noise in the morning), staff very friendly. Hotel restaurant was good and there are a few different choices for breakfast. Only negatives were the many mosquitos in the room during the first 2 nights (previous occupant may have left a window open overnight), the mattress was a little on the soft side for my taste and the bed linen seemed to be synthetic fibre.

Das Frühstück war sehr strange, es passte einfach gar nichts zusammen, Hamburgerbrötchen zum Frühstück. Das Zimmer sehr klein, die Wände sehr hellhörig. Man verstand jedes Wort, wenn sich im Nachbarzimmer normal Unterhalten wurde. Sehr ungewohnt, das die Zimmer erst Nachmittags/Abends gereinigt wurden, der Flur wurde noch um 18:00 Uhr gesaugt und da waren die armen Zimmermädchen scheinbar noch nicht fertig mit der Arbeit.

So this is basically a 5 star boutique hotel. Every single detail is there. Air conditioner. Amazing bed. Little details in the room everywhere, bathrobes, nice shower etc. everything is brand new and clean. Staff also knows how to carry themselves and communicate with ease. This is slightly below the famous monastery and the meuseum. For me I like this location more than further up north into center. All the small, interesting buildings are by this area. There are bars and places of this nature as well. Amazing hotels, I feel super lucky to have found it.
