“We booked through Expedia the Suite with Balcony room. Upon arrival, we were greeted and our booking was located. The receptionist, who seemed a bit air-headed and confused, gave us our key and told us there is no elevator. It was the smallest room and not what we booked. We went back to reception and asked for the $91 room we paid for and she said it is not available as the sink faucet in the bathroom was not working. We asked to see the room anyways and followed her upstairs. It was the room……
