Announcing 29 Atlantic Beach Ct, a great new vacation home in one of Kiawah's most popular locations in East Beach. With both easy beach and pool access (to the Turtle Beach Enclave's exclusive community pool), this charming 2200 sq. ft. multi-level home on Kiawah Island is only 175 yards to the beach in a picture perfect seaside neighborhood lined in oaks and white picket fences. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The front of the home features a broad wrap around veranda perfect for relaxing in the hammock. Double doors on the veranda open to spacious living and dining areas which feature hardwood flooring, built-in bookcases, a fireplace, and access to the rear screened porch. The kitchen includes ample storage space, a center island with brand new cooktop stove, and access to both the front veranda and the screened porch for alfresco dining. On the second level, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a large bath with two sinks, a separate tub, and a walk-in shower. The residence also offers two guest rooms with private baths and a third floor bedroom/tower room. There is direct access to the courtyard with a gazebo and the community pool is a three minute walk.

No smoking, no pets, and no events, no exceptions will be made.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).
