「I did not like the fact of no having hand soap and bodywash dispensers in the bathroom. We were two adults and two kids. We just had two little soap bars. Also, we just had two big towers and four little ones, and when we asked for two more towers they gave more little towers instead.」

「On my first attempt at the presidential family hotel, the staff were very enthusiastic, treating everyone like a distinguished guest. A small incident particularly impressed me. I was taking a shower at the time. I guessed it was the cleaner knocking on the door, which made it very inconvenient for me to open. About 15 minutes later, the room phone rang to confirm whether I was fine. I find it very considerate; they are considering their customers' safety. This is also a rare hotel in Las Vegas...
