「職員很樂意提供協助，但旅館位置較偏僻，要過一條頗危險的馬路才可以到大型超市。」

「Friendly hotel, helpful staff and great food. I'll be back.」

「Our room was quiet and clean. The staff were very helpful and gave us some great tips of places to visit and where to park. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice. Parking was a little tricky but was very safe and secure」

「The room was perfect. So clean and nicely decorated. Everything you needed there. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend」

「I found the property to be very clean and well equipped. It was slightly smaller than I expected, but as I was staying alone that wasn't a problem. I believe it would be plenty big enough for a couple. It was a great location for me as I was visiting quite a few sites around the area. I would highly recommend this property and I would very likely stay again.」

「Very nice place and the host was excellent and accommodating.」

「We chose this hotel because we were planning to attend an event at a nearby beach. Unfortunately, the event was cancelled due to bad weather, which was very disappointing. However, staying at this hotel turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. It was such a comfortable and welcoming place. The staff were incredibly friendly, almost as if we had known them for years, but never in an intrusive way. They had just the right balance of warmth and friendliness that made us feel completely...

「The host was friendly helpful and I had an enjoyable stay. Welsh breakfast was delicious and of high quality. Bedroom is spacious and comfortable. It is a bit away from the castle but 10 mins walk from pubs and restaurants so it is quiet at night. Host was helpful in trying to get me a taxi for Sunday which was a bit of a chaos. If I pass by there that would be the place I stay.」

「The room was clean and spacious, with an extra bed provided. The toilet was also clean. However, the Wi-Fi was not working during our stay, and the bedside lamps were not in working condition. Apart from these issues, it was a nice and comfortable stay overall.」

「It is a unique property a hotel with no reception area. But the rooms were clean. The lady who cleaned the rooms was lovely. Text messages were responded to timely. We didn’t have any issues while we were there. We actually extended our stay.」

「Lovely stay at The Falcon. Breakfast was superb and staff were exceptional. Super friendly and personal. The room was functional and clean - everything was just great. Highly recommend it!」

「Enjoyable stay, great location and lovely pub. We would definitely stay again, the only niggles for us were the mattress could have been better quality (we like a good mattress) and the room being not so roomy meant that the unit with tea/coffee etc was quite crammed with the fan on it also so made it a bit of a chore space wise for making a cuppa. The breakfast was excellent quality my husband had the full breakfast which was lovely, good quality ingredients and plenty of it, the only bug bear...

「Enjoyed a quiet night above the pub. Food available in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Cheerful and helpful staff at check in and out. Plentiful parking available. Good location in South Wales.」

「We enjoyed our stay , the room was nice clean and basic location brilliant onsite site parking, breakfast very nice one down fall we had a low floor room road side very noisy and other guests were very noise passing our room」

「On arrival I was told that I only booked one child where on my booking there was 2 children. Staff was not very welcoming and sleeping when I walked through in the morning. Room ok for what we needed , beds were clean and that’s the main. Bath looks like it could do with being renewed」
