“The property was nice. Parking was convenient. Elevators were bullet fast. We were disappointed that the check-in welcoming envelope was non-existent. We had to contact maintenance for entry codes. Amenities were minimal: no body wash, trash bags...the traffic noise isn't a deal breaker, but it is constant. Plenty of places to eat nearby, along with a grocery store and movie theater. Overall, and good experience.”

“Manager was informed of the condition of the home and honestly just didn’t care. The floors were DISGUSTING! The bathtub and Sinks were DISGUSTING! The towels were dirty. My kids feet turned black from walking in them after her shower. The drains were all so full of old hair that the water was backing up in the tub and sink. The towels had hair all over them, I’d be surprised if they had even washed them. And it says recently remodeled? But the walls are cracked, the paint is chipped and peeling……

“I check my email the day or so prior to arrival all of info we need to get into the house along with wifi password were sent. The house looked just like the pictures it was cleaned and neat. It gives you that home away from home feel. It was very comfortable. There were no complaints on how the beds sleep everyone said they sleep very well from the pillows to the mattress. The location was good as far as stores and restaurants we were 30 minutes out from the Convention Center of course we knew……
