Description In the 3rd Floor (no elevator) in the terraced Olympic center is this holiday apartment with 1.5 rooms. On 46sqm it offers space for up to four people. The light-flooded living and dining area is bright and modern. In addition to a table and chairs, there is also a cozy couch in the laminate area. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable sofa bed (lying area of 160x200 cm) in just a few steps and offers space for up to 2 people. If necessary, the apartment can of course be darkened with curtains. In addition to a 40-inch flat-screen TV with DVD player and a stereo, you have free WiFi available. A wardrobe provides enough storage space. In the separate bedroom - without a door to the living area - there is a large double bed (lying area of 180x200 cm). A ceiling fan ensures cooler temperatures there in midsummer. The tasteful kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for cooking: There is a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, as well as a dishwasher and a ceramic hob with an oven. Glasses and porcelain are available for 6 people. The well-kept shower room has a spacious shower area (walk-in shower). The floor-to-ceiling window front of the combined living and dining area lets you look out onto the 9sqm balcony. It is equipped with high-back chairs, a table and an awning. The unobstructed view of the salt marshes is calm and you can enjoy the sun to the fullest all day (south-west facing).[nbsp] Special featuresYou can park your car on the parking space included in the rental price, for this there is a parking space key in the apartment. We are happy to offer you an underground parking space for a fee directly in the system. Bicycles can be accommodated in a closed outdoor area. 2 towels per person (no beach towel) and bed linen and tea towels are included and can be found in the apartment on arrival. This apartment is a non-smoking apartment. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony - thank you for your understanding. The apartment is also suitable for allergy sufferers, as animals are not allowed.

Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Schöne Unterkunft direkt am Seglerhafen mit Balkon nach Südwesten

Schöne Unterkunft, gut gelegen für vielerlei Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Kiel, Eckernförde, Laboe), Spaziergänge zum Leuchtturm Bülk und zum Falckensteiner Strand, Strand auch direkt vor der Wohnanlage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
