Food was good. No power most of time (maybe not their fault). NO MOSKITO NET around the bed and many moskitos. Staff was nice.

Convenient distance. Dinner and breakfast were good. Surrounding compound was nice but a bit noisy. Could be cleaner e.g. body odor in top sheets; sink faucet could be cleaned. Okay for 1 night stay to get to the Kigali airport.

Very good hotel to stay for one night. It's close to the airport and cheap. Also, they have a bar/restaurant. The rooms was ok and the staff was helpful.

Conveniently located hotel, close to the airport. Just note that they don't have a pool as advertised on Expedia and they charge for the short ride to and from the airport. The good thing is you can walk to the airport in under 10 minutes

Good for convenience as it is close to the airport. Otherwise it was very noisy from the bar music and no hot water in the morning. Shower system also needs some looking into so that the shower head can be used without holding it.

Very friendly staff. Easy walk to the airport. Motorcycles to anywhere in the city for 2000 RWF. Good breakfast. Cold or hot drinks available all day. Problem with music and noise from the bar after midnight but the staff fixed that after I complained. Reliable wifi.

Tbh I didn’t like staying at this place, at night I couldn’t sleep because of the noise and mosquitoes singing kanye west’s songs all night long. If you want to stay there, just choose to sleep in the 200th rooms they are quite better than the 300th or bring your own mosquito net hahaha

MY WORST HOTEL STAY EVER! LOUD, LOUD MUSIC

This was my worst hotel stay ever! There was ear-splittingly loud music that played at their restaurant/bar until 11 pm, as is the case every Friday and Saturday night. Impossible to sleep before then. Missing lightbulbs everywhere. A colony of ants in my room. FLEE THIS PLACE, at least on the weekends!

Worst hotel stay ever

Ear-splittingly loud and aggressive music until at least 11 pm on Friday and Saturday nights from their bar/restaurant. Impossible to sleep until the music stops. Bathroom light and room lamp were broken. Extremely dim light from ceiling. Have stayed near the KGL airport many times, but this was my worst stay ever.

It is ok for a low budget. But they need to specify if they are not providing airport shuffle for free. I was surprised when I arrived Kigali they are not there to pick me up while several hotels agents are there looking for customers and I had to call them before the came. The most disappointing thing is after my stay they wanted to charge me before dropping me off at the airport where as my booking include free airport shuffle. It was quite disappointing just that the pay was low. So if you have a very low budget you can manage them.

DON'T STAY HERE!

The room had bugs I know because I slept in my clothes above the covers and still woke up the next morning with bite marks on my legs. Wi-fi basically doesn't exist, I could connect but could do nothing with it. I would not stay here again.
