“Dirty rooms (white room slippers turned brown). Worst customer service ever received from reception staff- slow, you had to beg for basic attention/ requests/ services. Bags gone through. Breakfasts abismal- swinging from first day with nothing ready but eggs, to laid out but with rotten fruit. Not to be repeated. ”
