Great Condo, Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location with just a quick walk to the beach and the surrounding restaurants. Communication with our host was quick and easy. Just be sure to go to the front office for check-in so you can get a parking pass for your car. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Maui!

Condo review

Loved that this condo was only a short distance from the beach. The interior was a bit darker than I thought it would be but overall it was okay! Although, how much time do you really stay in while your on vacation.

Great Condo & location

We loved this upgraded condo with it's modern and well stocked kitchen. The location is great, just far enough for S Kihei road so we didn't hear the traffic but close enough to walk to restaurants. The king bed was very comfortable. The only complaint is that the birds are VERY loud starting at 6:15 am. We preferred to not operate the AC so we left the windows open, but even with the windows closed we could still hear them. There's 2 swimming pools on the complex property. They're nothing fancy and quite small. The complex is run very well and clean.

Great Place to Stay

We really liked this condo in Kihei. Easy walk to Kamaole 2 beach, restaurants and shops yet away from the hectic shoreline traffic. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there including beach towels, chairs and boogie boards. Anke was extremely responsive to our needs. The morning after we arrived we noticed that the toaster wasn’t working properly. I called Anke and she had someone deliver a brand new replacement that same afternoon. That was a great surprise. A few minor complaints... the air conditioner is a bit loud (but works fine) and I’d love to have been on the top floor for a better view but this is nitpicking. Important to know - this unit is away from the elevators so if you like to keep your bedroom windows open for fresh air you’ll hear the birds more than the other residents. If you’re looking for a simple yet smartly appointed place in Kihei then this should be a solid consideration.

Excellent Week

My wife and I stayed for a week at this unit. It was clean and fully stocked. It was perfect for a couple and reasonably priced. We love being at the beach, so its location directly across the road from Kamaole Beach II was great. We would definitely stay here again.
