Aloha, and welcome to Sugar Beach Resort, #103! This fully renovated (2023) unit has everything you need: a high-end kitchen, ground floor access, and just steps from crystal clear Sugar Beach. Did I mention a heated pool, jacuzzi, and dry sauna?

Want to explore Maui? The property is the most central on the island, just 15 minutes to the airport (OGG), Costco, Target, Whole Foods, and Walmart. 30 minutes lands you in Lahaina, Paia, or upcountry.From the moment you walk in, you'll know you've finally arrived in paradise. Light beach tones and vibrant natural light coming over Haleakala in the mornings invite you to relax in your beach home away from home.

A private lanai that feels like an extension of the unit, is perfect for your morning coffee, dinner, or just reading a book. Being on the ground floor, you are 20 steps from the pool /hot tub, and 50 steps from the Pacific Ocean. You don't have to worry about the hassle of elevators. Kids will love the grassy area just in front of the lanai. Also found is a small golf putting area.

A minimalist, modern beachy retreat with high quality touches. From the Ritz Carlton king mattress in the bedroom, to the rainfall shower, to a new high-end kitchen, every detail has been obsessed over. You will feel right at home watching a movie at night on the comfy sectional, which converts to queen sized hideaway/pull out bed

Absolutely perfect!!

My wife and I had a quick stay at Andrew’s place and definitely wish we could’ve stayed longer! It’s the nicest and most comfortable condo we’ve stayed in on Maui (finally one without that terribly uncomfortable 90’s Hawaiian cane furniture). The convenience of the ground floor is awesome too. Oh and we loved being able to walk to the bakery down the beach for coffee and fresh malasadas each morning. We will definitely book this place again!
