Great place in a great location. Right across the street from Kam 3. It can be hot on the 4th floor, but the bedrooms have AC units.

Perfect location!

Loved that this was so close to Wailea area which is a bit quieter and very scenic. Great amenities. Good ocean view. Only suggestion would be to provide Kleenex. Would stay here again.

Modern unit. Great location

This unit was very nicely upgraded. Each room has a king bed which makes it great for a couples get away. The beach access is phenomenal and the complex is very quiet and relaxing.

Our stay on this property was absolutely perfect. Neda was an incredible host and stocked the condo with everything we needed and more. The condo is beautiful and right across the street from the beach. We will absolutely use this rental again.

A wonderful Maui getaway during the Pandemic!

We were Neda's first guests since the lockdown due to the Pandemic. Neda was extremely helpful from the get-go, making sure that we all had the required information/documents such that we'd arrive in Maui without a hitch. Her condo is at such a great location, with beautiful sunset views every night. The place is well updated with comfortable beds, seating and new appliances. We were so happy with our Maui trip and glad to have picked Neda's condo!

Beautiful Condo

We just returned from 2 weeks in Maui. Neda's condo is beautiful and has everything you could ever want in it. The appliances are high end, the beds are very comfortable, the furniture is new and also very comfortable. Her attention to detail is amazing. A beautiful beach is right across the street and you can watch the sunset from the condo. The location is perfect for its proximity to beaches, restaurants and shopping. All within walking distance. Neda is wonderful to deal with. We loved it there.

Maui Parkshore *****

This was our second time in Neda's condo and again we were thrilled with the accommodations. Comfortable beds, great appliances, fantastic location and short walk to several beaches. We did a lot of our own cooking and found everything we needed, even the knives were sharp :) Neda was great to communicate with and responded to texts within minutes if you had any questions. We are already booked again for 2021 for a month so looking forward to another relaxing vacation at Neda's home away from home.

The BEST

This condo and Neda are honestly the best. The location couldn’t be more perfect, walking distance to some of the best beaches and places to eat. The condo is the best we have ever stayed at, literally has everything you will need. You can tell the minute you walk in that Neda wants you to feel like you’re home during your vacation. We had a few minor hiccups during our stay and Neda went above and beyond what any other host would of done. She again truly wants to make sure your stay on Maui is perfect. We cannot wait to return! Thank you again

Great location at Maui Parkshore

We arrived to find everything we needed for a great vacation....like a home away from home. Need thought of everything and as we did a lot of our own cooking, it was appreciated how she provided such a well equipped kitchen. The beds were so comfortable and having a ceiling fan in every room kept the condo cool. We didn't need the air conditioning at all. The best feature is the spacious lanai where we ate every meal and watched the sunset from every night. We have stayed in Kihei several times but this condo is our favourite and we are already booked for next year. Thanks Neda!!

Great Condo in a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I quite enjoyed the condo. It was clean and well maintained with all the desired amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The stove was definitely on island time though :). Both beds were great and 2 bathrooms in a place this size is rare. My favorite was all the beach stuff on the porch. Snorkel equipment, boogie boards, chairs, sand toys, etc. It was really nice to have all that for our kids.

Home away from home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. We were there in February so the weather was great. The hot water was not working for a couple of days which sucked but they did get it fixed while we were there. They did communicate well. There are a lot of rules and that was fine as we traveled as adults only. If we had our kids they would have been more frustrating. There is no guest parking at all so when a massage therapist came they had to park across the street. We had a great view and a wonderful time.

Fantastic!!

All I really need to say is read the other reviews. The information is 100% accurate!! My wife and I travel a lot and Neda is by far the best host we have ever dealt with. Traveling to Hawaii during Covid is a little challenging but well worth it. Neda kept us up to date on current Covid protocols and always responded to questions in less than a hour. Everything the condo is equipped with is "Top Notch" . After you arrive make sure you check all the drawers and cabinets for anything you might need. Chances are it's there. I wish I was in Maui now.
