Fully remodeled in November 2024, unit 313 is a custom built, detailed, upscale condo welcoming you. You will find this bright, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront property in the Hale Kai O Kihei! This top-floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. Enjoy cool air in the kitchen and main area and the bedroom. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a breathtaking, serene beach. The location and proximity to the sandy, beautiful beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, take a walk and see basking turtles, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors.

Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.), which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided.

After a day at the beach, you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the custom barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand-new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 55” Smart TV.

A block away are many walkable convenient amenities including numerous restaurants, as well as retail shopping, and a full-service grocery store.

This stay was spectacular! The condo was clean, comfortable, welcoming, charming. There were so many amenities that made everything super convenient. The oceanfront view from the balcony was perfect! You’re just steps away from the white sand beach. Parking was free and plentiful. We felt safe and truly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for Kīhei. Our stay was great. The place is right on the beach with a gorgeous view. We went swimming every morning. The building was quiet, the beach wasn’t crowded, everyone we ran into staying there was very respectful. The location was convenient, with a shopping center nearby that had a few places to eat. Grocery stores are a short drive away. Location was a good launch point for us to explore other places on the island. Having laundry in the room was a bonus, and allowed us to pack light. All in all, we really enjoyed staying here especially since it is beach front.

Awesome condo in awesome location. Incredible, lesser-visited sandy walkable beach, many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The condo had everything we needed, great remodel and furnishings. Above-average service and amenities from owners. Highly recommend this unit, you will not be disappointed!

This unit was perfect. The layout and size is perfect for a couple. The remodel was well done and thoroughly thought through. The location is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The view is unobstructed. The kitchen has everything you would need to make a meal. Washer and dryer in the unit was a nice bonus. The building is quiet and well kept. The communication with the owners was easy and always fast. We have nothing but great feedback about this place! Looking forward to staying there again!

We had a wonderful week in Kihei! The condo was a prime location, lots of restaurants within walking distance. And the beach was so close! Check in was easy, Joe & his crew were even able to get us in a little early as our flight was changed. Everything was just perfect! We'll definitely be back.

Nice apartment

Great apartment, but weird to have the bed next to the front door. Very nice and clean. Not many people swim at the beach here (too rocky) but it is great for morning walks and sunsets. Great beach to see sea turtles resting on the beach!

We arrived exhausted, ready to relax & get settled, but the unit was not cleaned from prior guests. Joe, the owner, was very friendly and helpful and immediately sent over the cleaner. Cleaner came and did a quick clean so we could get settled, floors still really needed to be moped they felt gross/dirty barefoot to walk on but figured being a quick clean they didn’t have time. We noticed tiny ants all over kitchen counters, not enough towels for 4 people we booked for, no hand soap. All issues resulting from cleaner not coming prior and doing a full clean/refill of items ahead of time as they should have. Human error, not the end of the world, mistakes happen, Joe sent them to drop off some bug spray, towels and refills but they forgot the hand soap still. As far as the overall unit, it was nicely updated, bed was comfortable, A/C worked great, washer/dryer in-unit was such a nice amenity, having beach chairs/umbrella/tote was so handy & appreciated, the view was amazing, beach was amazing, turtles come onto beach at night a short walk down the beach, neighborhood had a couple bums wondering/passed out by the market as you drive in, we chose not to walk anywhere other than along the beach. Overall the unit and owner were great! Joe was very accommodating and honestly I think it was just his cleaners fault being day after 4th July they didn’t come thru, not Joe’s fault and he was easy to communicate with and made up for the inconvenience.

Birthday Getaway

For my girlfriends 20th birthday, we decided to take a last minute trip to Hawaii. With lots of places booked out we were concerned with getting a very nice place. She found this place, and when we arrived it exceeded our expectations. The view was beautiful, the places was extremely clean. They had pots pans and everything you need to cook so I was able to cook my love an amazing breakfast with a beautiful view. I highly recommend this place, its in a great location and everything was so close by.

This is a must-stay place if you enjoy a great location in a modern condo with everything you need! I was very impressed with the well thought out design that is very accommodating to visitors. Not to mention being steps away from a wide open beautiful beach with plenty of sand! I would 100% recommend this condo and also return here again! This was an amazing place. We stayed there with our 15 month old son. We were right on the beach and saw turtles on every stroll we took! Spectacular little condo close to grocery stores and restaurants. It was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed for our stay!
