If you have a stay that qualifies for housekeeping services, traditional housekeeping service will be performed every 3rd day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services take place between 8 am - 430 pm daily. We are happy to bring back our Aloha Greet to welcome guests to the condo on arrival. Specific great times are set on your day of arrival.

**Full renovation completed October 2018**
Be one of the first guests to stay in this newly renovated condo. Starting in April of 2018 this condo entered a full gut renovation. In October of 2018 it was completed and as you can tell nothing was left untouched. From the floors to the ceilings everything was updated to make a dream Hawaii vacation reality.

Wailea Elua Village is an exclusive beachfront property located in the heart of the resort community of Wailea. This relaxing low-density property consists of two-story buildings terraced over twenty-four acres of immaculate tropical landscaping. Beautiful Ulua Beach fronting the property is a well-known snorkeling destination and is great for watching dramatic sunsets, swimming, sunning and whale watching in the winter months. Wailea Elua Village is a gated air-conditioned property that includes:
-Two swimming pools
-Jacuzzi
-Beachfront pavilion with barbecues
-Putting green
-pickleball court
-Free private parking

The spacious interiors include:

Beautiful views & quiet location

We stayed in this condo 3 years ago and enjoyed it both times. The lanai has a beautiful view and it’s located in a very quiet and private area of Elua. The property manager always communicated in a timely manner and was very responsive. We’d stay here again.

Great Location: Condo had a few issues

We had a lovely two-week stay at our fav condo complex in Wailea. This condo was okay with a few problems: The rugs presented a tripping hazard (excessive foam padding); slow draining bathroom sinks and showers with poor water pressure; non-smart TVs that made streaming laborious or impossible; too-soft beds and pillows. These were not horrible problems and we still very much enjoyed our stay, but for the price we paid, we had expected better. We will choose a different condo next time.

Our favorite condo at Wailea Elua

This is a very nice unit: reasonably priced, nice view from the lanai, seems like new. Our only complaint is that our daughter said that the bed she slept on in the 2nd bedroom was very uncomfortable (like sleeping on plywood). But this is the nicest unit we’ve rented at Wailea Elua. It’s also the only unit that didn’t require us to wash all the dishes and start a load of laundry when checking out. The management company was very thorough and helpful. We’ll definitely stay here again!
