Perfect stay

Relaxation

The villas are super quaint with a bungalow feel and well takin care of. We loved sitting out by the pool and talking to the other guests. The privacy of the fenced in and gated property was really nice and felt secure. Id definitely recommend staying here and I look forward to our next trip there.

Well packaged oasis

Great property, excellent and clean place with nice amenities. The only problem is the public park next door with load music late into the night but I would still come back.

AMAZING BEST PLACE TO STAY!!!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days for our 10 year anniversary and it was amazing! Best location, amazing place and great communication with the property manager and owner. If we needed anything they would take care of it right away! the property itself was beautiful, pool, lounge chairs, yoga studio, it was best place we have ever stayed at! Highly recommend for a couple, family or girls or guys trip!!!

Overall excellent villa

Pros: great central neighborhood next to everything, amazing to have a unit with a kitchen, super helpful gated parking area, beach essentials included in the rental, units are generally nice and clean, price/value ratio is excellent, truly excellent management communication and vibe, laundry on site Cons: some of the components of the units are cheap or unfinished, decent amount of road noise (earplugs worked), beds are high quality but have some significant depressions from use, families spend all day at the pool so privacy is highly dependent on the villa you get. Overall thought this place was good value and I especially appreciated the quality and speed of management communication. I would stay here in the future - would just strategically choose the villa with the best location. Thank you!

We travelled all over Maui and decided that if/when we returned we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The place is perfectly located, perfectly decorated, and so well thought out. It had everything we needed for the beach, all we needed for cooking, Bluetooth radio, free yoga, and even free paddle boards and surfboards. We loved the community grill, the shower to rinse off after a day in the water, the outdoor seating area, gated parking, and because it is a smaller property, it felt like the pool was ours. Most places do not sit directly on the beach and if they do, there is grass or rocks out front, not the traditional beach I am used to on the East Coast. So I was skeptical about being “across the street” from the water. But the street is basically an alley, and is just steps from the PERFECT spot to paddle board, surf, and fish. Plus, if you want to lay on the beach, you have two great options within a block. One smaller beach and Charley Young beach which is expansive and beautiful. We have stayed at the Four Seasons and many other fine resorts, and this little gem sits right up there with them. We do not have anything but praise for this charming, well-outfitted and fresh surfer’s paradise. Kudos to the owners and managers.

Beautiful and Very Convenient

We stayed ten nights in Villa 3 and it was wonderful! The villa is very comfortable and the whole property is beautiful. As others have noted, it can get a bit noisy given the proximity to busy South Kihei road, but it wasn't terrible. It can be a bit difficult getting in and out of Iliili road from and to South Kihei. The cove park across the street was wonderful for sunsets and watching surfers, paddleboarders, kayakers, etc. And Charley Young beach down the street was great for swimming and snorkeling (fish, turtles, etc). There were some things missing from the kitchen (e.g. scissors, sink stopper, etc) but we just grabbed these from Safeway. The communal areas were great. We enjoyed the small pool and laying out around the pool. The pavilion is wonderful for hanging out in the shade or chilling with an adult beverage in the evening. The music which played all the time was nice, but the playlist was a little limited ( a lot of repeats). The sunsets were great from the pavilion and we could watch the whales while standing on the pool deck. For most of our stay the only others staying were adults. However, in the latter part of our stay families with small kids arrived bringing a lot of noise to the small common area, but that can happen anywhere. The washer/dryer were great. And the Rubbermaid container full of snorkeling gear was awesome. The villas are a really nice alternatives to the all of the condo-only options available on Maui. We will be back!!!

Close to everything but still super private

Beautiful, peaceful, easy to love. Has everything you need. Get off the airplane, drive here and walk straight to Charley Young Beach. Fall asleep in your super comfy bed listening to the surf at Cove Beach Park. Walk to breakfast in the morning at Kihei Caffe. We'll be back!

A great place to stay in Maui

This was one of our favorite places to stay in Maui during our 10 day visit. We and our sons enjoyed the pool, the easy access to the ocean and the ability to use the provided boogie boards, paddle boards and surfboards. We'd definitely consider coming to stay again!

Wonderful location in Kihei !

Pictures of property accurate and a wonderful location. Kihei road behind property, noise not an issue, side street in front with 5 steps to beach across from property or walk down side street to entry to a larger beach. Easy to carry chairs,boogie boards, umbrella, and cooler (all provided with unit) to the beach down the road. Turtles a wonderful surprise ! Would stay here again over any condo ! Highly recommend. Didn't use the barbecue, pool was nice to take a quick dip in after day at the beach.

Fantastic unit and location

We stayed at Villa #3 for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The Villa is 1st class all the way, freshly updated and super clean. We were right next to Cove beach and shops. They had surfboards and SUPs to use, boogie bds, chairs, cooler, drying rack. Nice pool & outdoor shower & private gated parking. Again, 1st class grounds and unit .My wife and 11 yr old boy loved this place for the tiny waves (April is a low season for west side waves) and great snokeling (lots of turtles and fish and even a manta ray). HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!

Great Location, Excellent property

Beautiful villa that was recently updated and has everything you need. They even had beach chairs, and umbrella and giant cooler for us to use. Can't beat the location, literally across from the cove. Drink your coffee while watching the surfers. Very friendly staff. Never staying at one of the big resorts again.
