Christmas at the Beach

Plenty of room for our big family, beautifully decorated and backyard was great for gathering around roasting oysters and the fire pit. Great location for walking to beach and a few bars and restaurants. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking and a crowd. I’d highly recommend!

Fun beach house

The house was easy walk to beach and was well laid out for our family. We really liked it. The only two complaints were the refrigerator's ice maker wasn't working and the WiFi was intermittent with TV not always working and laptop use was slow or not at all at times.

Wonderful place to stay. Perfect location tucked on a street between the two main roads (HWY 12 and 158), which kept us super close to the beach and all the restaurants/shops, but was somehow as quiet and calm as could be. You'd never know you were that close to the action. Beautifully furnished and decorated house, with a great layout and top notch accommodations. It worked perfectly not only for our family, but our dog who made the trip as well. I plan on trying to stay at this same exact property the next time we head down to Kill Devil Hills. Top notch stuff.

Great Family OBX Vacation

This house was the perfect size for our extended family vacation with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Big living open living/kitchen/dining area where we spent most of the time in the house hanging out. The check in/check out times are not ideal at 5pm and 9am. You do have to bring pretty much all your own stuff (spices, toilet paper, hand soap etc). But overall we loved the house, it’s super close to everything and the beach. We would come again next year!

The house was very clean & in excellent condition. The only downsides were the drawers on the tv/entertainment cabinet fell off when you opened them. Also, there was no instruction on which of the many streaming sources was correct to use for tv viewing. We weren't in the house very much, due to fishing, but would have like to view news & weather.
