Nestled in Bermuda Bay is this three-story townhome that offers two master bedrooms and the living area and loft have sleep sofas. Sip your morning coffee on the covered deck. Enjoy the community pool and great neighborhood to walk or ride a bike in. Beach access is at the end of Ocean Bay Blvd. and there is a nice bathhouse at this location. Park your car and enjoy the day at our beautiful beaches!

Great location, mediocre unit (Repair the front staircase & facade - too expensive)

Pros:- This property is located in a great area just across the street from the Wright Brothers Memorial- The resort pool is nice (tons of lounge furniture, kids splash pad & kiddie pool area, lazy river, awesome slide, & adults lap area) 10/10- Dog friendly grass/potty areas are convenient to the unit with stations to grab poop bags & a trash can.Cons:- Upon entering the unit - it was a blazing 80 degrees. (PM Team: Do a service to your incoming guests and send over a team member to set the AC to 74 to cool the property down before their check in.)- In the kitchen there was no salt/pepper in the shakers, no tin foil or cooking spray, one package of dishwasher crystals, one small bottle of a gelatinous “dish soap”, the paper towels & the trash bags are from the dollar tree & are paper thin, the toaster has a heating coil broke inside so anything you toast will burn, the light in the microwave doesn’t work (PM Team: Replace the toaster & fix the light in the microwave, also please leave your guests at least salt/pepper, cooking spray, parchment or tin foil, & more than one pack of dishwashing crystals)- The master bedroom’s (at the front of the unit) bathroom was very musky/fishy smelling upon entering (like the trash bags, the toilet paper is super poor quality & the white bed sheets had a hole in them.)- The back bedroom has the worst/hardest bed I have ever slept on & the bathroom needs a deep cleaning!- Cleaning supplies are horrible - you can’t even sweep!

Vety cute community. You can technically walk to the beach (about a mile) but luckily the public beach had parking available all the time. The pool was nice and we liked how easy it was to get around!!

The condo was nice . Looked clean until I dropped something behind couch it was disgusting under the couch . The windows were so dirty I cleaned them . Now fir parking . We had two cars . One car could park in garage but there was no other spots for the other vehivckeb. In fact a neighbor asked us every night if we knew who’s car was in his spot because he can’t park there it’s his spot and he’s going to have the car towed. So if the 2 visitor spots were taken we had no where to park . Not a situation that was thought out by management. The place needed painting , the garage door was rusty and the chairs on the balcony were actually dangerous to sit on they were plastic and so shaky. . Not sure if I would rent these again . You are on vacation you should not have to worry if someone is going to tow your car!! Or if you are gonna fall off a chair on the deck . The price we paid I am not sure it was worth the money .so if you book these be aware if you have more then one car , you may get towed !!!

Wonderful stay!

It’s a very nice place, in a good neighborhood, with the coolest pool area, clean, convenient location, and well stocked. Everything was absolutely fantastic, except… the mattresses were extremely firm. Just not our personal preference. The kitchen level pullout was the most comfortable bed in the house. Everything else was great. We will stay here again if we get the chance!

Good pet friendly condo

We enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location close to the things we were interested in doing. It was clean and had lots of space for our family and our fur babies. (There are some old pet stains on the carpet, but I suppose that is to be expected in a pet friendly place. This did not bother us.) I would recommend updating the mattresses as they are very, very firm, but I also know different people have different preferences. Would definitely book again if we get back to the Outer Banks!

First time renting a townhouse

Usually when you open the door for the first time when staying anywhere that’s your first impression. Was very pleasant there were no odors for it being pet friendly. The very top floor did take awhile to cool down though. The two pull out couches were not as comfortable as they could be because of some broken springs. Very friendly people in the homes surrounding us though. Pool area was great. We had a wonderful experience.

Awesome community and location.

We have stayed in the area for the last few years and really enjoy everything about it. Close to pretty much anything we want to do or see and it a nice safe neighborhood as well. Hope to live in the kill devil hills community one day. Thanks and see ya'll next year.

GREAT TOWNHOME! WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!!

Pros: Clean, in great location, easy drive to beach, great pool, good fitness room, good size for 3 adults, 2 kids and puppy, loved walk-in closets, Lots of decks. Liked the washer and dryer and location of it being on same floor as bedrooms. Loved keyless entry so you could easily access the unit upon check-in and easy check-out. Liked layout of house so puppy could be in her crate on main floor and be away from us so we didn't disturb her sleep. Cons: THE LOFT AREA WAS INCREDIBLY HOT even with the ceiling fan!! I would definitely recommend at least 2 portable fans for loft. There is limited parking. We had 2 vehicles (Honda Accord & 4-wheel drive truck with long bed) and we had trouble finding a parking spot for truck. It would have been nice to have a designated parking spot for unit. Beds were not that comfortable (lumpy and not level). Would have liked a larger bed in at least one of the masters. Sheets were not comfortable. They were stiff and gritty. We only had 3 adults and 2 children (11 year olds) and I would not recommend any more people, even though it says it holds more people. With that being said, we would definitely stay there again!!

Very nice town house. Clean and comfortable.

This is a great neighborhood to vacation in. The pool complex is wonderful. The location is within perfect distance to bike to the monument or restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful time! Thank you also for allowing us to bring our 4 legged family member. :-)
