There were definitely some pros and cons about this place. The location is great, easy to get to the water, get around town and the view was great. I liked that it was 2 floors and 3 bathrooms, especially since there were 8 of us. Somethings that we didn't care for was the place did not seemed to be cleaned properly. There was food residue left on the cabinets, refrigerator and counters. There were beer cans left out back, coffee stains on the living room tables, sand all over the living room furniture. So of course we couldn't trust if even the comforters were cleaned so we washed them ourselves. When we called they wanted us to send them pictures of our rags we used to clean everything, which i thought was bizarre. They offered to send someone over to reclean, however all 8 people are in the condo with luggage everywhere, so we cleaned it ourselves. The microwave did not work and the bunkbed room does NOT have AC- only a fan- there was also 2 dead cockroaches in the unit. I think it would be nice to put in a doorbell, because with the main living area being upstairs you will not hear anyone knock on the door. The kitchen is extremely small you have enough space to open the refrigerator door, it didn't look that tight, but it is- The real issue for us in the kitchen was every cabinet was filled with kitchen appliances/plates/cups- i feel like there should have been one cabinet kept available for food. So we had to pile everything on the counters. Overall- it wasOK- Good view
