Spend your days boogie boarding, surfing, paddleboarding, or simply unwinding under an umbrella with a good book. Cool off in the community pool or stroll over to Goombay’s Bar & Grill for a laid-back island-style dinner at sunset. Two private balconies—one oceanfront and one west-facing—provide stunning views, while the custom-built cocktail bar on the oceanfront deck creates the perfect spot to end your day in paradise.

    Inside, the space is filled with natural light and coastal comfort. Relax in the inviting living area, gather around the dining table for games and meals, or enjoy your favorite shows after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, makes preparing everything from beach snacks to full family dinners a breeze. With plenty of room for everyone to unwind and recharge, this home offers the ideal setting for unforgettable coastal memories.

Very nice property. Kitchen/great room is excellent. Although a west facing property, there is a good view of the ocean on the side porch. Nice sunsets on the rear porch. Master bed and bath are great. Nice washer/dryer. The kitchen is nicely appointed and has everything you would need. We did bring an electric kettle to boil water. There is a kettle that will boil water on the stove. The cleaning crew did not lock the slider to the side porch, it was shut. They left the door to the rear porch unlocked and wide open. The slider to the side porch was dirty but no blame. The wind was whipping and the salt and spray wreaked havoc all week long. We tried to keep up with it, but it was futile. Great location. Excellent property. Highly recommend it.
