The newest oceanfront condo building on the Outer Banks has everything you need for a perfect vacation! This top floor condo offers awesome views of the beach and ocean. Watch the sunrise from the master bedroom or the living room.

The spacious deck is the perfect place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean while drinking your morning coffee, curling up with a book or sharing an evening meal.

Beautifully decorated and fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances.

Enjoy the oceanfront community pool or stroll to the beach on the private walkway.

No need to worry about hauling everything up steps, an elevator is provided for your convenience.

Dining, shopping and many great adventures are near by.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping (entire complex).

Beautiful Condo with awesome views

This condo was beautifully decorated with stunning views of the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. This property is centrally located, many great restaurants and shopping nearby. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return to this property.

Family Time!

Was the perfect place. Was safe for our small children and the beach my was right there, which was amazing for little feet. We had a wonderful time and our children did not want to leave. We saw sand crabs and dolphins right in the backyard. Would definitely go back.

Had a wonderful stay! Spectacular views from almost anywhere inside. Always wanted to experience OBX in the winter and so thankful for the chance to do so. Sunny and clear skies all week. Loved the long deck outside from the living room and bedroom and the easy access to the beach.

Beautiful, large condo!

This condo was a dream. You open the front door and can immediately see all the way to the ocean. We loved the floor plan with the wide main area and huge kitchen. Condo was clean, well-stocked and such a perfect location. We didn't want to leave!

Perfect Getaway

This is one of the best rentals that we have had. My husband had never been to the Outer Banks and this was a perfect getaway with a beautiful view. Tastefully decorated and had everything that we needed for a weeks stay. We loved the covered parking area and easy access to the elevator. So many things to see and do in the OBX. We will return and stay here again in the near future,
