Great Until the End

The Good: well maintained condo with everything you need to take advantage of the beach or pool. Great for cooking, lots of extras, and everything worked as expected. The Ugly: occurred when we were expected to leave on Sunday. The elevator broke down. We are elderly, and an elevator was one of the reasons we paid so much for this property. It was compounded by tge fact that this property won’t let you check out after 9am without paying a fee (that is just plain greedy and wrong, and you should be ashamed!). But more importantly, it took over an hour to find a phone number for a real person…. And after all that, they could not help us. This is unacceptable. We ended paying some boys in the condo to carry our stuff to the car. Double shame.
