Sorry Graham, what you say isn't true. Stayz and Airbnb are the only online booking options, and are almost identical in rates and fees. I sent you an info laden pre-arrival message a week before you arrived, to which you didn't respond. Four days ago I invited you to give feedback. My contact details are on vrbo (Stayz) for you to contact me at any time you want info or need assistance. What moves you to mis-inform others?

Hi Margaret, I’d just make a few points. The road is a dirt road in good condition and presents no problem to any kind of vehicle. I put aeriel photos on Vrbo so guests can see it and you would also have known from your relatives who were already staying nearby. You would also have seen the size of the fridge from photos on Vrbo and have noted the incapacity to install a large fridge in this particular house design. As for a potmit or dishwashing liquid, these are indeed provided and I keep spares. If you didn’t find something then all you needed to do was ask me via Vrbo or text. The afternoon sun is lovely but apparently you don’t like it, or choose not to wear sunglasses or turn your seat. I’d suggest you’d benefit by properly researching short-stay accommodation in order to better manage your expectations.

Thanks Garry, guests usually say how comfortable the beds are!! The attraction of Three Trees is that it's not suburban. It's a bush retreat by the water's edge, so glad you appreciated that.

Thanks for the feedback Kent. Sorry about the towels. Cleaners sometimes make a mistake. I quote my response to you: "Oh OK Kent, sorry about that. Shall avert the cleaner to the oversight. Regards, Rohan". I subsequently let the cleaners know and they apologised. As for the gutter cleaners, that's to some extent my fault. I let them know that it was an 'airbnb' with one free day on 11th between guests. It was the only unbooked day in calendar that suited. I assumed that knowing guests check-out at 10am that gutter-cleaner would come after that. Not a good assumption on my part! Sorry for the inconvenience Kent. I wasn't uncaring about it in regard to you but forgot to make this apology to you (I work full-time).

Thanks a lot Polly for the feedback. First time I've had feedback about cutlery and crockery not being fully clean so shall let the cleaners know. The attraction of Three Trees is it's quiet location so my welcome message to all guests mentions that Adventure Bay is a 45 minute drive.

Thanks Robyn. Very useful info re maintenance but best sent to the manager whose details you had. All done now. The cleaner wouldn’t know that the porch light globe had expired and she doesn’t routinely open and close all the internal doors to see if they are starting to catch. Windows in a bushy coastal setting by a dirt road can’t always remain crystal clear, especially when windy. Thanks for letting us know that there is no longer a fire blanket as I’ve put in a new one and added an extinguisher. Rohan (owner)
