「Great location and easy walk to bars/ restaurants. The hotel is very friendly, great service, the rooms are clean and have everything you need. Breakfast was lovely, a selection of cold and hot food. Parking, if you can't park right outside there is a car park the next road over which is free from 6pm to 8am. So great location. 」

「Peaceful rural location, lovely room, well equipped, a really good cooked breakfast, chosen the night before, great selection in a nice room. Took my dog, she was very happy there, we walked quiet lanes evening and morning from the door, saw 3 deer and lots of rabbits. A list of places to eat out was provided with opening times, distance and info about cuisine and other features. Lovely owner, and a good night's sleep, drove down to Spurs Point stopping at a huge deserted beach just beyond...

「What a gem of a place. Such a welcoming place. Ann and Jim are the perfect hosts. Room with our own little private garden downstairs was lovely and the bathroom area very clean and eco friendly with no plastics. Even liked the bamboo toilet paper which I also use at home. Breakfast every morning is cooked fresh and very decent coffee. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here.」

「Booked for 2 nights stay. On arrival the carpet in the lounge was up and folded over (i stood on a nail and my 2 year old son tripped over it, veey hazardous), there was a large stain/wet patch in the twin room so everytime you went in you got wet feet, the tap in the kitchen leaked when you took a shower, the boiler had no safety glass over it so had a naked flame and the grass and plants to the side is over grown so you couldnt park next to the caravan, more half on/half on the road. 「Booked a couple of nights here as we love the coast & had never been to Withernsea before, the house is lovely & warm and had the most amazing sea views from the lounge & double bedroom. There were nice touches, like a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits & Prosecco, as well as the movement detecting plug-in lights which doubled as torches - really useful.
