The place was extremely clean, loved that there was a TV in each room (my teen loved that there was a TV in his room), kitchen was LOADED with everything that was needed, there is only an AC box in the main living area & was on when we arrived! (no AC in bedrooms - but there was portable fans available for both rooms which we appreciated). Deck was wonderful view & very private. Hot tub was hot! We had a small hiccup that the jets weren’t working-but VERY quick……
