The Space
You will have the entire property and two houses completely to yourself. No neighbours nearby – only the sound of nature and the view of the water.
• Main House
On the ground floor you’ll find a cozy kitchen and living room with sofa, dining table, and direct access to a spacious wooden terrace overlooking the lake. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening dinners, or watching the sun set over the water.
Upstairs is the main bedroom, furnished with one large king-size bed (180 cm) and two single beds (90 cm).
• Second House
Just a short walk from the main house, the second building contains a fresh, newly renovated shower room (2021) and a brand-new modern incineration toilet. There is also an extra bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), making it ideal for families, friends, or extra guests.
• Outdoors
The property includes a large natural garden with plenty of space for play and relaxation. There’s also an outdoor dining area, a barbecue, and several cozy corners for enjoying the peace and quiet.

Lake Roxen is famous for its excellent fishing. Perch and pike are plentiful, and many anglers travel far for the chance to fish here. With the included boat and fuel, you can easily explore the best fishing spots and even grill your fresh catch by the lakeside fireplace in the evening.
✨ Private Boat with Fuel Included
A small boat with motor (and petrol included) is provided. Easy to handle and perfect for short trips, fishing, or exploring the surrounding waters. Personal instructions are provided so you can use it safely and comfortably.
✨ Privacy & Tranquillity
Although the island is family-owned and a few other houses exist, they are rarely used and barely visible from the property. Guests consistently enjoy full privacy and are never disturbed during their stay.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to both houses, the large garden, the terrace, the hot tub, the outdoor fireplace, and the boat.
Other Things to Note
• The house is rustic and simple, but full of charm and character. Many guests describe it as “back to basics, but with everything you need.”
• To reach the island, you take a short 5-minute trip by small boat (included in the price). Please note that the boat is not for cars.
• Firewood for the hot tub and fireplace is available on site.
